Start of a good 2013 For PKR
This was published 26-02-2013Award winning PKR, the world’s leading 3D poker room, signed up its five- millionth player in November 2012 and after showing a tremendous number of recruits over the Christmas period the poker room is gearing itself up for a busy 2013.
London-based PKR has gone from strength to strength in the past few years and has managed to establish itself as the best 3D poker website in the world.
PKR launched a real money poker app for the iPad last month and for the iPhone this month and appears to be making great plans for the current year.
The poker room introduced some great features toward the end of 2012 which included features such as in-game drinks, snacks and chip-guards being brought to the table and the gaming site now intends rolling out several more great enhancements for their five million plus current members. Details of these enrichments have, however, not yet been divulged.
According to a spokesperson for PKR “Every element of PKR’s success in the UK and across the world is down to our members – they are the ones that spread the word, tell us what we’re doing right and tell us what we’re doing wrong. To reach five-million before the end of last year was crazy and we’ve got plenty of online ideas to keep the recruitment drive going in 2013.
“Meanwhile, PKR Live is back at Easter time which we’re really excited about and if the WPT Dublin is anything to go by, we’re going to have another blast with our members from all over the world.”
One of the leading poker calendar events of the year is PKR Live which is an Easter Weekend tournament that is scheduled to take place atBritain’s first “supercasino”, Aspers Stratford inLondonover a period of three days. The event has a buy-in of $500 and players can gain entry through satellite poker games or alternatively on PKR with prizes that include standard buy-ins and $800 packages.
PKR offers amazing real-time graphics and a uniquely interesting gaming system and is currently known to be the most innovative poker room in the world.
